Return policy

At Miniatures Center, customer satisfaction is our priority. Although our products are made to order, we offer a 14-day return policy.

1. Voluntary Right of Return

1.1. Customers have the right to return an item within 14 days from the date of delivery — without providing any reason.

1.2. To initiate a return, please notify us by email at info@miniaturescenter.com within the 14-day period.

1.3. Products must be returned unused, in original condition and packaging.

1.4. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer.

1.5. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned product shows signs of use, damage, or incomplete content.

2. Refunds

2.1. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email about the status of your refund.

2.2. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

3.1. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@miniaturescenter.com with a description and clear photo evidence.

3.2. If the complaint is approved, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs if applicable.
